Durable 1680 denier polyester, elastic-blend webbing with high-strength, three-ply nylon stitching on both ends ensures secure, reliable, lighter-weight performance, and the lanyard's single-length format eliminates the potential for the weak points commonly seen on multi-component lanyard alternatives. An anodized aluminum-alloy carabiner with captive-eye attachment point on one end delivers an easy anchoring option while minimizing the potential for lanyard tangles. A treaded loop on the other end securely grips the attached tool. The included Squids 3770 Tape Measure Trap allows you to easily keep your rule snug and secure. Just open up the hook-and-loop straps on the trap, place your tape measure inside, and then adjust and tighten the hook-and-loop straps to keep the rule secure.
