The Rubbermaid Commercial High Heat Spatula is an all-purpose scraper ideal for use in any industrial-size kitchen. This rubber spatula has a red nylon handle with white silicone blade. The scraper resists heat up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius) and is stain resistant and will not scratch cookware. The spatula measures 16-1/2 inches and is commercial dishwasher safe. This rubber spatula is certified to National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards for food safety.
